How do credits work?
Each pack gives you a set number of lead credits — 10,000, 50,000 or 120,000 — as a one-time purchase. One credit equals one exported/downloaded record. Building audiences, live counts and masked previews are always free — you only spend credits when you export real, unmasked records.
What if my export returns no results?
Nothing is deducted. Credits are only counted for records actually delivered; if a job errors or returns zero rows, the operation is reversed automatically.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits never expire — buy a pack once and use it whenever you need to. There's no subscription and no recurring charge.
