What is a credit?
One credit equals one exported/downloaded record. Building audiences, live counts and masked previews are always free — you only spend credits when you export real, unmasked records.
What if my export returns no results?
Nothing is charged. Credits are validated and only deducted for records actually delivered; if a job errors or returns zero rows, the operation is reversed automatically.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately.
Do unused credits roll over?
Each plan grants a fresh monthly credit allowance. Contact us about annual plans and credit top-ups for high-volume needs.
